Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, following up with potential clients, and achieving sales targets while tracking and reporting daily activities and coordinating with companies on a case-to-case basis from time to time for operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily lead-generation activities/follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with potential clients to provide information and answer questions about properties related to properties accurately & transparently.
- Achieve target-oriented conversion rates by effectively persuading and negotiating with clients.
- Track and report on sales activities, leads, and conversion rates at the end of the day in a specific format.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to provide status updates and ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and deliver presentations/documents to potential clients as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Being part of direct marketing activities and strategizing them.
- Coordinating with companies/Clients from time to time for operational activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to create engaging sales pitches.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Persuasive and able to negotiate effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the local and national real estate market and industry trends.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify potential leads.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in tracking and reporting sales metrics.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
